    Pros

    None that come to mind

    Cons

The management team at Glotel are useless. They have no relationships within the industry. They can't get a meeting with any senior executives which is supposed to be their value add. Instead they rely on the Sales Rep's to get executive level meetings and criticize them when they can't. People get fired without any warning. One minute you see someone at their desk and the next day they are gone. Their desk is just empty. No email or explanation whatsoever. The management team took over from the previous CEO several years ago and there are now half as many contractors as there were before. Not a good sign of leadership. They also expect the reps to be in the office at 7am and stay until 7pm. They still believe that you need to be in the office early to "win". Technology now makes it much more efficient to work from anywhere. They need to realize that the days of being in the office at 6:00am are over.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to change the whole mindset of being in the office. You need to get out and hunt! Good executives develop relationships. They help find opportunities. They make cold calls! Putting all the responsibility on your sales team is not effective. The competition doesn't do it that way and look how they are performing.
