    Work from home day, fairly flexible hours (people come in from 6 to 9 am), and good management in curriculum.


    The benefits package is only 5 cents on the dollar.
    Evaluations should be more frequent--at least semiannually rather than annually.

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on results than credentials. There is a lot of discrepancy in pay of people in the same position. While credentials are good to have upfront, results and high quality work should be recognized accordingly over the long run.
