    Positive Outlook

I worked at GoHealth as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

good money, company is well run. most of the negative things people have to say are more factors of the project they are on.

    Cons

the volume of people who work there on top of the good commission structure results in a small but still uncomfortable number of people who just have no clue what they are doing and or people who are very unethical just to get a sale

    Advice to Management

if your going to keep relying on a mostly temp work force, start the training classes earlier in the year to better weed out people who really should not have a job
