This was the most miserable, sad excuse for a business I have ever experienced.

Former Employee - Store Manager in Albuquerque, NM

I worked at GoWireless full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I loved the pay in the beginning, I started in 2011 and money was good, however after comission changes (dozens of them) it is no longer. The pay WAS the only pro.

    Cons

Management is a joke. No one has any power. I was a store manager for a few years and couldn't even issue a write up. As a female store manager was as high as you can go. The pay changes every few months and it always gets worse and worse. If you are a top performer it doesn't matter, I was and I was still scared to death for my job daily. After 4 years busting my butt for the company I finally turned in my 2 week notice, very professional letter, and was escorted out of the business like a criminal within the hour. They honestly are greedy and forgot that employees pay the bills with their sales.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire most of your upper management. Stop promoting based on who is your buddy and stop rewarding lies. Promote based on merit.
