    Goldman Sachs has a horizontal corporate structure that allows employees from every level to be heard. Employees are encouraged to be innovative and entrepreneurial. One of the business principles emphasizes that people talent is one of the company most valuable asset, therefore the development of its people is at the center of Goldman's business strategy.

    Management needs to help employees to improve work life balance in order for them to sustain long term productivity and efficiency.

    Management needs to create strategies to retain talent and reduce turnover in the internal audit department. Management can improve talent retention by contributing to employees' long term career advancement prospects and create flexible working arrangements to help mothers better balance their work and personal obligations at home.
