I have been working at Golfsmith full-time

    Pros

Once you get past Middle Management and up lots of very good people.

    Cons

Incompetent management who cannot seem to effectively implement a single project without mass failures. Bad decisions made by people who couldn't care less about the history of the company and refuse to make use of the talent they have. A Glass ceiling between management and those who actually do the work. Silo system that is failing the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your people.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Disapproves of CEO
