    Pros

    The facilities team was excellent, always went out of their way to make certain employees had what they needed to work effectively at all times. The specialty coffee machines, though common, were appreciated.

    Cons

    The undercurrent of dissatisfaction, gossiping and complaining is palpable. Many regular layoffs without knowledge transfer of any kind from outgoing people/teams. Much corporate money spent on rotations of temp employees rather than improving existing structures and managing to efficiencies.

    Advice to Management

    Decide on a comprehensive strategic plan, designating actual leadership of each area and fostering cross functional communication. Stick with the plan for more than a few weeks. Remove employees that have tenure but perpetuate negativity within the company.
