I worked at Goodman Masson full-time (More than 5 years)
Higher basic salaries compared to competitors. 3.30pm Friday finishes are good as is the benefit scheme offering reduced travel card, cycle to work scheme etc.
Extremely unprofessional company with a very poor senior management team. Heavily KPI driven environment with daily/weekly catch up's on why you haven't done 50 sales calls or spent x amount of time on the phone. Massive party culture with the SMT always involved and encouraging this further - as the review below - this goes beyond just after work drinks.
Advice to Management
If you want to retain good staff treat people as individuals and away from the KPI driven environment. Your benefits are great but people are very quickly realising that it isn't all about benefits and basic salary. People want to look up to the SMT as role models which is not what you have at the moment.
