    I have been working at Gordmans full-time for more than a year


    Fun, friendly atmosphere. There is always something to do. You will be kept very busy, but it makes the day go by quickly. No problems with management, they are very easy to talk to and are flexible with your schedule. Lots of growth potential.


    Very steep learning curve. Most associates and leads fall out within 3 months due to frustration with workload. Depending on the store and management staff there can be a very high turnover rate.
