I have been working at Gordon Trucking as a contractor (more than 5 years)

Pays Bills with income , Home every weekend , Newer Equipment

    One it , ( 1 ) Dedicated Fleet has had Eleven ( 11 ) Drivers Managers in 5+ years .
Same Fleet has had Four ( 4 ) Fleet Managers in same time . Fleet runs for a Very Large Company that You would think GTI would want to " Be There " for them , but the middle and upper management seem to rotate out faster than drivers do ??? Really Seem to Favor Men in any type management position , regardless of qualifications , and I am a Male . As a Business owner , they just don't seem to get or they are out of touch between upper and middle management areas .
Poor D.M.'s are hired then expected to perform like veteran's , pretty sad when drivers and owner operators are giving training tips over the phone to their D.M.'s .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    None , They won't listen anyway .
