I have been working at Gordon and Schwenkmeyer full-time (Less than a year)

-They raised starting pay to $12 hr and have achievable bonuses. -The people who work here are good people -The causes we raise money for are definitely good causes from progressive non-profits to progressive candidates and Democratic organizations. -Hours are very flexible you can have a 40-43 he work week or a 20 hour work week it's really up to you. -Idk about the past but the current supervisors seem nice. -Union job, with benefits if you work full time

-It's not easy work and can be repetitive -You have to get past people telling you no all day on the phones and some clients can be very mean -Training probably needs to be a bigger focus

    Advice to Management

-A focus on increasing morale on tough files is definitely preferable to discipline -Make scripts pop more -Build a better community among the workforce. It seems many are divided among when they came on but there are good people there. Having a better camaraderie on the floor would be great that culture has to come from the top.
