I worked at GovDelivery full-time (More than 3 years)

There are too many to write here. GovDelivery has been the best company I ever worked for. The managers were amazing. They were flexible and caring. You aren't just an employee number here, yoy are a person and they know if they care about you, you do a better job. I knew I could have a personal life. Flexibility here is awesome. The vacation time is great too. The pay is average, but fair. You are guaranteed to have all that you need to do the job that you need to do.

Can't think of any. I guess the ability to work from home. Being a SAAS company, I would have liked the opportunity to work from home more often.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees and make changes within the organization that will build upon their individual skills. Doing programs like MCORE and Strenghts Finders aren't great tools for this.
