Great mutual funds and unique approach to investing. CEO is a market wizard and can seemingly see the future on trades. The market opportunity exists for the company to do very well.

Bankrupt culture. Senior leadership doesn't care about anyone but themselves and making money. The office used to be full, now it is almost empty since all the jobs have been shipped to Manila. Everyone thinks they will be next and fears for their jobs, or at least a pay cut, which have been common. It feels like I am on the Titanic - I am shopping my resume.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The employees know that you think we are expendable and that you only care about money. And, please, start acting professionally (no more 2-year old temper tantrums, throwing and breaking things . . . ).

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
