    I worked at Greater Than One full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The people that work at GTO are so nice and welcoming. The work life balance is pretty good as well. Handful of smart and talented people but the rest are just there for the ride.

    Cons

    A lot of work, not spread across the agency. There is always one or two people that do ALL the work and the others get by because they do not know much about the work, and to be honest are really not willing to learn. Senior management leans on the few people that do all the work. People leave because of that. They will promise you the world and never deliver on their promises. It is hard to see the junior people never get trained and struggle with their day to day work with no help or guidance. Very hands off management style by most managers. They brought in a lot of big agency people to try to turn around their AOR work but we have all left since then because they are not willing to change the way they look at their business/clients.

    Train the junior level people!!!!!! Compensation, moral boosting events...
