    I have been working at Green Hasson Janks full-time (more than 5 years)


    Well respected midsized firm by the business community. Leaders in entertainment auditing and a foot in trash (the industry that is).


    Equity partners have an iron fist over the firm and refuse to share equity with non-equity partners. For example, need to be an non-equity partner for 10 years before starting to get equity. This is unheard of in any accounting firm.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make all partners equity partners and share the wealth. Otherwise, let the employees know they will never become equity partners, just non-equity partners which is really a glorified employee.

    Also, don't only have special events or food when its time to vote for best places to work. This should be year round.
