I worked at Greenville Hospital System

    Pros

Top salaries for the region. Great learning experiences seeing the most challenging cases. Prestige received from community.

    Cons

Very impersonal and cutthroat environment. Too much hostility and back-stabbing from fellow employees. Upper management fails to reign in unfair middle management making the work environment hostile causing a large turnover of staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn from the Studer Group and change the way you treat your employees. Get rid of managers who have no business managing people. They may know how to run an office but have terrible people skills when it comes to how they treat their subordinates.
