I have been working at Greenwich Associates full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Never any down time so the time goes by quickly.

    Cons

Management out of touch with production capabilities and limitations. People blaming each other for everything instead of working together to solve issues and make something work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do what you can to discourage blaming others. Accept responsibility instead of blaming the people you manage.
