Great experience working with clients. Rewarding experience being able to provide care to clients to help them remain in their own home. You are an independent contractor in charge of paying your own taxes do usually clients pay you directly by check after you have completed a job.

The State needs to look into this agency. Office staff shows no regard for concerns that a caregiver may have with a client and their family. They give you very little support if a conflict should arise. Office staff does not inform you very well on the clients condition and what duties the family expects of the caregiver before sending you to a job. They day that they are a non.nedical agency but I have been sent to client homes where the family expects the caregiver to perform tasks such as lifting dead weight or a client who can't stand or help you transfer them, fully administering medicine to a client, refilling pill boxes, giving morphine to a dying hospice client, changing and dressing of bandages, and other skilled duties that a caregiver is not supposed to be doing and if you bring those concerns up to an office staff member they will just remove you from the clients case and find another caregiver who is willing to do those duties that we are not licensed to do and they will stop offering you work.

    Advice to Management

Be clear to clients on what your caregivers are allowed to do and NOT allowed to do. Do not allow clients and their family to take advantage your dedicated hard working of caregivers. Your caregivers are independent contractors so their safety and we'll being should be a concern to you since they don't get any benefits if the get injured, or sick from working with a client.
