    Approves of CEO

GH has undergone a ton of changes in the last year, one of which is a new CEO (so a lot of the posts below are outdated). They've also overhauled how they talk about and treat company culture. GH has been in business for nine years and has, in the last two years, seen a sustained uptick in revenue—it's not going to dry up any time soon, so you can feel good about your job security. They also have a REALLY high quality of clients, advertisers & sources; their magazines profile executives from Target, the Brooklyn Nets, MetLife, and more. Another great thing is that they don't expect crazy hours; they want you to get your work done in around 40 hours per week, and they offer 18 PTO days from the start. That's AMAZING in the publishing industry, which routinely expects people to dedicate 60+ hrs/week to the office.

They're building up and figuring how they treat their digital presence, but there's a lot of great opportunities to grow if you're willing to learn how to do this. Several initiatives are new, but again, if you're willing to learn, that could be a great thing.

    Advice to Management

Continue listening to your staff and keeping a thumb on office culture!
