Former Employee - Editorial Researcher in Chicago, IL

I worked at Guerrero Howe full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The best thing about this place were the other disgruntled employees I worked with--we became GREAT friends, due to the turmoil we experienced working at GH. So if you're looking for new long-term friends, the pain of working here will certainly bond you for life. I can say it was a FUN job, when it came to the playing aspect of things (parties, drinking on the clock, etc.) However, that gets old after awhile.

    Cons

    negative attitudes
    SHEER favoritism
corrupt practices (lying to people over the phones, using fake names, etc.)
    very low morale

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You always reap what you sow. You should cherish your employees. You seem to really pick good people, however your mistreatment and ridiculous expectations push every button with in to turn the good ones bad.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
