    I worked at Gurstel Chargo

    Pros

The sweet, hardworking ladies I got to meet and work with.

    Cons

A complete waste of my effort, time & gas to drive over 45miles for a surreal, terrible job. So poorly managed from Minn office. Everyone was so very stressed, a lot of crying going on; teams not working together, too few employees for the requirements &= a completely unprofessional enviorment. It starts at the top with the owner. We had to work the day after Thanksgiving to get the monthly numbers up to appease the owner for more money by months end. Midmorning a firmwide email sent out stating that the owner's wife had brought in pie for everyone to enjoy. There was one little 3.99 pie on the table with a big slice removed; for 40 people! Within weeks, I had to quit, right before Christmas it was that bad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Unfortunately the owner clearly doesn't care. The Az Manager had no power but tried daily to boost the morale. Owners, care for your employees and give a little back. If not in pay, then stop running the office on such a scant employee count. Good leaders cultivate good workers and thus they work good. Get a clue and care about your staff.
