    I have been working at Häfele full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Nice co-workers, good products, decent vacation policy.

    Cons

    Terrible communication, no vision, unwarranted pressure and treat of losing job. Condescending management. Un-flexible, insincere, terrible leadership from the top down. An absolute follower that thinks they are the leader. Arrogant!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Open your minds. De-sterilize the environment. Bring in new blood from the industry whom have vision. Expand risk profile a little bit.
