    I worked at H&H Enterprises full-time for more than a year


    I thought the employees and some of the managers were nice people, others definitely were not. Liked the job but hated the work environment.


    CEO screams and yells at the top of his lungs and calls employees and managers stupid and other curse words. Top management doesn't like the majority of their managers and are eager to replace them. Company wide lack of communication. Managers don't talk to you or tell you what their expectations are. Lots and lots of employees being hired & fired and management never indicated what they wanted or told you what you could do differently. Lots of backstabbing and verbal abuse. Environment of fear over being fired. Sexual harassment, lots of bullies and other problems.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The company is rotten from the top down. Treat people like human beings. Talk to us, we don't have ESP to read your mind.
