    I worked at HCR ManorCare full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    If you need experience to apply for jobs Manorcare can be used as a stepping stone to a better company to work for.

    Cons

    Their only concern is profit. Workers can be replaced easily. Department heads get away with anything they want, they are not made to follow rules & policy. Leave the building for personal business on company time. Department heads in positions that they are not qualified for. Department heads bully employees and upper management allows them to get away with it.
