    Company is changing in a negative direction.
    Marketing and Sales do not see eye to eye.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    So, in 2012, I was maxed out on bonus hitting all my goals. What did I get as a reward? Was put on a 90 Day Plan, all because my manager and I did not see eye to eye. Come to find out, half the people in our Zone Team were put on a plan. HR kept trying to push work/life balance, but anytime I took time off, it was very frowned upon. This used to beva great place to be with great people, but when the craft movement took over, expectation was to grow despite less consumer interest. Also, horrible marketing campains.
