    Pros

They have an extraordinary PR team to record every positive experience that their employees go through and post it on social media. The company has a notorious reputation for burning out their employees so don't believe that positive happy experiences are a norm for employees. The company knows how to squeeze every drop of energy out of their workers through private one-on-one talks.

    Cons

It is clearly communicated that employees are disposable. Management is, and always will be, untouchable. HR does not respond to multiple complaints within a department for some reason.... and they themselves have high turnover. A vast majority of employees will last 1 year or less. The company runs far too lean and having high turnover does not help an existing team in any way. If you work here, you will never feel appreciated.... it's one of the ways management can push existing workers to churn out more and more work until they quit due to burnout. Once again, It is clearly communicated that employees are disposable.
