    I worked at HP Hood full-time for more than 10 years


    good pay and good benefits


    they work you like a dog and treat you like crap if everything you do is not perfect and god forbid you get hurt or have an accident

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    treat youremployees as you would treat your friends they are not machines. there is only so much productivity you can squeeze out of someone before it is too overwhelming physically.
