    Pros

    Decent salary and retirement benefits. Vacation in line with other large banks. Opportunity to travel and work abroad. Ability to work from home.

    Cons

    Emphasis on regulatory compliance at the expense of everything else. Promotions and career progression lacking. Work life balance can suffer due to lack of investment in staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to continue to invest in products and services while dealing with compliance issues. Figure out how to leverage global footprint to benefit clients without making it excessively difficult to deal with.
