I worked at Habitat for Humanity full-time (More than a year)

Everyone at Habitat is devoted to the cause of finding permanent affordable housing for those that wouldn't otherwise be able to own a home. That ideal produces a positive and supportive working environment. Very good benefits for a not-for-profit.

The office is very small and the employees very nice, but there's no real room for advancement. Each person has their job and you'd have to move to another city to change that position.

    Advice to Management

Challenge your employees more to prevent them from becoming stagnant in their position.
