I have been working at Hagerty Insurance full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

They foster employee growth & well being. On site gym, free meditation classes, workshops on healthy living. Opportunities for advancement are there. Poised for intelligent growth as a company. They really do care about their clients & the hobby.

    Cons

Compensation is on the lower end. Training is a bit off, meaning if I went to work for another insurance company I think I would be on the lower end of the job knowledge spectrum.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better training is needed for employees. And hire a few more hands so everyone isn't so rushed at what they're doing.
