    The clientele is diverse in Briggs Chaney Plaza. You can build your business. Flexible hours because i have been here since 2008.


    The policy has changed regarding the pay. For me, its a part time job and its not my main source of income it does not effect me that much.

    Advice to Management

    The smile back guarantee is hurting the stylist because some customers want to get over. I understand the need to be customer focus when their is competition with other businesses, however, I know from experience I work harder to please the customer. Some clients are using it as a free service.
