    Culture and Employees
    Direct contact with upper level management that are open to suggestions
    Casual dress

    Cons

    A lot of talk about improvements very little action
    High employee turnover
    Abismal business skills - lack of really understanding how to run a successful company
    Obsession with specific clients hurts business from growing and thriving with more innovative and receptive clients
    Resourcing issues

    You must fire the people that ruin the company culture
    Compensation needs to more accurately reflect employee work and value
    Need to learn more about Market Research many employees come from different backgrounds and there is not a unified voice on how to approach market research. Many "best practice" approaches that don't align.
