Former Employee - Research Director in London, England (UK)

I worked at Hall and Partners full-time for more than 5 years

some smart, really likeable colleagues - I left with a couple of really good friends
    lots of international travel
    competitive salary and benefits

a political organisation where favourites reign. Lots of back biting.
    poor work life balance
the surface is different from the reality - H&P won one of the best places to work by the Times. Not true when you actually experience the place!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more real and cut out the back biting - it leads to such a toxic culture and distracts from doing excellent work.
