    I have been working at Hall & Partners for more than a year

    Pros

    The people are friendly and helpful, whilst always up for a laugh.

    Cons

    Pitches are often done without working out who will end up doing the work. Long hours for low pay - and little done to rectify any of this.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide incentives to valued members of staff - pay better and stay on top of people's workloads. Implement a better line management structure. Compare workloads across teams
