I have been working at Hanjin Shipping full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Job is as challenging as you make it: either you do daily tasks and it's simple, or seek out extra work for a challenge. Great benefits, for now.

    Cons

No leadership, just bosses. Nobody wants to lead by example or inspire, they just want to direct and micromanage. Company weathered economic downturn, but has not shown flexibility in adapting to become profitable again since then.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit being out-of-touch bosses, show people you are actually behind them and support them. Don't leave your staff twisting in the wind at the first sign of conflict and maybe they'll actually work for you.
