    Pros

    Large worldwide company with good benefits

    Cons

    Treatment by local manager is degrading, humiliating and insulting. Lack of training abilities resulting in slow learning process leaves one to feeling frustrated while manager/trainer treats you with disdain. Manager is openly rude and discourteous on a daily basis to those not in the "clique". Focus of company is on Main Office in Germany and US Headquarters leaving the outer offices to squander.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Check in with new hires from a corporate level to see how they are doing. Just because they are new doesn't mean they don't have value and just because someone has been there forever doesn't mean they have value.
