    Pros

I work in the Data Entry dept in one of their 2 corporate offices. We can wear jeans, sweatshirts and listen to our own music all day.

    Cons

The pay is really bad. If you don't "need" the job to pay bills, then that's good because you won't get paid very much at all. You'll have to work holidays except for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Asking for time off around the holidays probably won't happen, either, unless you are one of the favorites. The work isn't very hard, but you still have to keep your numbers up or they will get rid of you. Overall, it's not the worst job I've ever had.

    Advice to Management

Keep the good employees around. Hard work is important, but don't judge employees based on whether or not they work a lot of overtime. I work my tail off, pushing myself to my limits every day. After that 8 hour shift, my fingers and shoulders are sore from sitting in that one spot typing all day. When I work overtime, it takes a toll on my body. It is a lot to expect your employees to sit in one spot for more than their regular shift. If you're going to do that, then pay them a lot better than you do. Good employees are hard to keep.
