Not the worse place to work, but.... far from the ideal.

I have been working at Harmar full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Very casual dress code, flexible with work hours.
Great computer equipment. Most staff has a dual monitor set up, nice phone system and some departments are paperless.
The company is growing quite rapidly and they are hiring most of the time. The turnover is below the average company in my option.
Weekly pay and quarterly profit sharing plan, with direct deposit from day one.
Good medical benefits (insurance) after 90 days.
    GYM membership reimbursement.

    Cons

The base salary is comparable to an entry level college job.
The commission it is basically a tease.
The Sales Quota is unattainable. During the past year, it was only met a handful of times by a few of the territories and it was by sheer luck. To only be penalized on the following month with an even more unrealistic quote to fill.
Expect your numbers to be in the 80% range or below, and the raises are non existent.
Some managers are great and some are totally clueless about what they are doing. (but most are friendly)
Even though they have been trying to improve the work conditions, they remain sub-par.
Restrooms are a handful for such a large team and half of the restrooms are plain nasty, old and dirty.
There is a large abundance of insects, rats and roaches that harass you during your shift.
There is no outside area to sit, and be able to enjoy your breaks, unless you are a smoker.
The only break room is in the back of the building, and you must walk through the plant to get to it.
The offices are overcrowded and sometimes are even hot.
There is lack of parking space. You will either park on the street (illegal areas) or in a dirt area, where trucks are usually driving by (dangerous) and if it rains, it all floods and it is a total mess.

There is more, but by now, I am sure that you get a good idea of the place.

I would not say that you should not work here, but at least you now know what you are getting in to.

(This is based on my personal experience only)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It will be great if the facilities are improved further. Specially parking and the pest problem as it is a major issue.

Otherwise, keep up the work and best of luck in the future.
