    Pros

    Flexibility, employees, and helping the community at large.

    Cons

    Promotions - Very tenured staff.

    Management should allow committees to have all level of management and line staff to receive a informaiton regarding the organizational growth and development.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay is low. Management needs to listen to line staff more. Provide more opporutnities for growth and development. Allow supervisors to shadow managers and managers shadow directors.
