    I worked at Harris

    Pros

There is a lot of opportunity for growth. Management is receptive to placing you in the right position. I grew a lot from the roles that I held.

    Cons

Management vision of Operations was not clear. Management was more focused on "fire-fighting". Mentorship was not always available.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Considering being more open to ideas and less into the politics of the situation. I strongly discourage the "good 'ole boys club" mentality to make the organization excel.
