    Pros

Company has been there for a long time. They will likely be there for a long time to come.

    Cons

Terrible terrible benifits. No 401k and thier profit sharing program is a joke at best.

Owners micro manage everyone beyond belief. If they tell you otherwise don't beleive them.

Pay cuts and layoffs happen every few years. Company forces you to take time off.

Good old boy system fully in effect within this company, make sure you go and drink with owners first few weeks or don't expect to ever move or get anywhere in the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to trust those you hire otherwise you will continue to loose good employees.
