    I worked at Havtech full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good spring board if you want to get started in the HVAC business. Good cheap health insurance, 401k plan. 8-hour work days, no need to stay late on most days. Most colleagues are nice and professional.

    Cons

    Work is repetitive and very boring. There is no room for advancement opportunity. Salary is low for a high cost area. Not all salesmen are respectful to female employees. Sales support employees are treated as replacable. Vacation days are limited and have to be accumulated at the beginning of each year. Paid Time-Off system, both vacation days and sick days are lumped into one. Very little training, have to learn everything on the job.

    Advice to Management

    Provide a more structure approach to employee training. Treat sales support staff like they are valued at the company.
