    Pros

Advancement opportunities are given to all employees as anyone from any department can ask for transfer into another after working 6 months in a department. Most of your income will be come from the tips you get from customers. It makes it really easy to hide your true income from the government if you wish to do so. Sometimes a customer will take a liking to you for whatever reason and tip you big when he/she wins.

    Cons

Conditions needed in order to ask for a transfer are really strict. You pretty much need to be at work everyday on time no matter the situation. Also making clerical mistakes will result a mark on your report when you put for a transfer. Most of your income will be come from the tips you get from customers and may fluctuate greatly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't expect employees to own up their mistakes when you give them a huge incentive not to do so.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
