    Approves of CEO

I worked at Hays plc full-time (Less than a year)

The office is modern, pleasant and it's located right in the heart of Budapest, in beautiful, lively environment. The people I worked with are professional and real experts: as a junior, I could learn a lot from them. The projects are challenging and various, I was also given freedom in handling my own assignments. A lot of possibilities for using creative skills.

As Hays Hungary is an agency, it is a highly profitoriented environment which means the main value the company saw in me was money. The quality of my work, taking up extra work or coming up with creative ideas weren't valued by theirselves: only if they meant extra profit. The salary structure I had was punishing and not rewarding, meaning that I got 0 bonus if I didn't complete my target, but there was no significant raise if I exceeded it.

    Advice to Management

The communication style that they use about important happenings (such as changing the salary structure, someone leaving the company, etc) needs to be changed. They need to apply a more humane attitude.
