    New Hires Get One Week Less CTO
    Only Two Meager Across-The-Board Raises since 2009: 2.5% in 2011; 2% in 2013
    Pension Cut in Half
    Holidays Cut from 10 to Five
    Three Mandatory CTO Days (That Used to be Holidays)
    Banked CTO Days Cut on Whim (Everybody Lost Two in 2009)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Quit spreading out the bad news. And quit putting jobs before compensation and benefits. Meaning, it'd be better if you just laid people off and then rewarded those who're left behind. Most of the great people have left. Even most of the "good" people have left. What are you left with? And how do you attract new talent?
