Pretty great benefits, amazing colleagues across almost all departments (two stars is for coworkers!), paid internships/fellowships, innovative mission and strategy for change in healthcare industry.
High employee turnover rate, employees frequently working in ever-changing roles & responsibilities. Yearly organization-wide restructuring causes chaos and instability. Seconding previous reviewer re: poor, sometimes deceptive communication observed across organization, teams, even within managerial relationships; Organization goes through fast changes, fast pace work (average 45 and above hr weeks), leaving little time to be thoughtful about long-term planning and work. Almost no room for error, which is counterproductive to allowing for innovation and change.
Advice to Management
Seek to lessen strain on staff, decrease burnout rates. It feels problematic when a staff job description changes mid-search, or a month or two after hire.
