    Pros

    Casual Dress Code, Owner was inspiring, you got to meet a lot of people from all over the US.

    Cons

    The Senior Management was difficult to work with. They never had a sense of direction or structure. The culture was horrible.

    Advice to Management

    Try to go to work with a positive attitude. Life is too short to be so miserable. You bring all the employees down with your nasty attitude. Best advice... Don't adopt children at 60 y/o.
