    I have been working at HealthPort full-time


    If you need time off, they are flexible with letting you go early or take a day off. (with pay if you have PTO, without pay if you don't have any).


    PTO is not a lot. Management is horrible. Turn over rate is VERY high. Insurance is almost your entire pay check. Pay raise is impossible. I am very disappointed. Promises of reviews are made, but never kept. Promises of ongoing training is made, but never met.

    Advice to Management

    Please consider continuing to train your staff. Please provide us with a raise, or the rate of turn over will keep increasing.
