    I have been working at HealthRIGHT 360

    Pros

    Pros: Remain to be seen.

    Cons

    Very flaky executive team and management. They yo-yo you around, they tell you one thing to your face, and do the complete opposite. One VP will make a promise and another one will say no.

    They are very disorganized and unreliable. I do not recommend them. Like most large nonprofits, there is an inner circle of executive leadership who hire friends. Two of the executives are married. That creates a fundamental bias.

    Merit-based hiring is not something they do at HealthRight 360. They don't want the best person for the job it would seem but someone who thinks exactly like they do. That means no critical thinking, strong work ethic or talent. It means passive, weak-minded people who have no ability to improve anything because they want everything to stay exactly the same so they are comfortable.

    The CEO sweeps in during hiring process and brings in her own candidates to interview and hire. On paper they see to support diversity but they want to hire people who look, sound, think and act exactly like themselves. I do not believe that they don't hire based on merit or talent or skills. Its not about values, its more like a high school clique.

    Be prepared for them to ask many one-sided questions about your personal life. It feels like they judge you before you are out of the gate and if you don't match their personal profiles, you are not welcome.

    I hope with all the new underwater agencies and low income medical clinics they are taking on, they try to represent the wide variety of people who will be working under HealthRight, not just one lifestyle and one experience.

    The way it seems now, if you are not playing for the same team, you will prob. not get a job on the management side of the organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Practice what you preach and welcome people who are different than you. Stop the cronyism and hire for merit and talent not your friends. Its about the work not your lifestyle.
