    I have been working at HealthSCOPE Benefits full-time (More than a year)


    • Rapidly growing company with tons of advancement opportunities • As a whole, leadership is extremely knowledgable. I came in as a claims processor and all of my superiors could do my job and do it better. I respect that and love that about the leadership team. The president of the company even is extremely knowledgable, down to the smallest details about every account. • There is variety in the work instead of just doing the same minuscule task everyday. • There are a lot of extremely smart and innovative people working for the company who have amazing ideas for improvement. There is such potential in this company. • Despite the typical office gossip/drama, the people are overall enjoyable to work with. I still enjoy coming to work and have never dreaded it.


    • The training program is still being developed. Claims specialists are not 100% prepared to do their job when they come out of training. They do get a lot of one-on-one time with a mentor when they come out to the floor, but we shouldn't have to put in so much leg work after the fact. They need to be able to hit the floor running. • The weak links need to be cut. Leadership sometimes holds onto people when they should have been let go a long time ago. When people cannot (or will not) meet the expectations, we need to part ways if we've already done everything we can to help them.

    Advice to Management

    Develop and build up your people....and part ways with the ones who are not meeting the expectations/goals.
