    I have been working at Heartland Payment Systems full-time for less than a year


    Great compensation and flexible lifestyle. You get to meet lots of people and they do provide lots of resources for training and customer service. Their customer service team is the best I've ever seen.


    If you don't close deals, you don't get paid, there is no base salary. Make sure you have a backup source for income, a slow month means your bills don't get paid.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    It would be awesome if we got more leads. District Managers could help out more with generating sales instead of all of the motivational speeches.
